The INGO office building has undergone extensive revitalization. In addition to a new green facade, a spacious and shared roof terrace will be created on the 4th floor. The entire outdoor and reception areas as well as the facade were revised in 2022.

The showroom and office space is divided according to the tenants wishes. According to the sample area, a contemporary, loft-like and individual office expansion with open and flexible floor plan structures, glass walls and an open exposed concrete ceiling with visible installations is possible. The areas will be equipped with cable ducts, lighting and a new floor covering (carpet or vinyl floor). Storage space and underground parking spaces as well as outdoor parking spaces can be rented. There is a general roof terrace with Alpine and city views for shared use.
